Construction of a three-level combat network for urban fire emergency communication

Project Background
With the unified deployment of China's "13th Five-Year Plan for Fire Informatization" for the development plan of fire informatization, fire communication represented by cities has become one of the key areas of the private network communication industry. At present, China's urbanization development is faced with the focus and difficulties of urban fire protection, such as high-rise buildings, dense distribution of subways and civil air defense projects, the continuous emergence of large-scale complexes, and the huge number of urban villages in various large and medium-sized cities, which are also the problems that need to be solved in the current fire communication construction.
Pain point needs
The building is complex and there are many blind spots
There are many blind spots in urban radio communication, and it is necessary to establish a fire fighting and rescue dispatching and command network to ensure that the urban fire protection jurisdiction covers communication, on-site command communication, and fire fighting and rescue combat communication;
Widespread communication disruptions
In the event of a natural disaster or sudden technical failure that causes a wide range of communication interruptions, it is difficult to ensure emergency communication in the first time;
Cross-departmental/cross-group communication is difficult
When the emergency response team and other rescue forces such as the local full-time fire brigade carry out coordinated communication at the scene of a disaster accident, their independent fire communication system makes it difficult to quickly establish a cooperative combat communication network and join the communication network of the comprehensive command unit at the scene at the first time.
solution
In the face of the challenges brought by more and more high-rise, underground and super-large complex buildings in the city to fire rescue, a three-level combat network of urban fire communication with wide and narrow integration is built to solve the problem of audio and video emergency communication at the scene of major disasters in the city and meet the needs of visual command at the fire fighting and rescue scene. The urban fire wireless communication network consists of the following three levels of network:
Fire protection network (urban fire protection jurisdiction coverage network): ensure the communication between the urban fire communication command center and the mobile fire command center and the fixed radio and vehicle radio of the fire station in the jurisdiction;
Fire secondary network (on-site command network): ensure communication between fire commanders at all levels within the scene of fire and other disasters;
Three-level fire fighting network (fire fighting and rescue combat network): ensure the communication and communication between the commanders, combat squad leaders, drivers, and fighters of the special service rescue squad within the fire scene and other disaster accident scenes.
