OVERVIEW

The UNPA-1550-70-55-53 is a 200W rf power amplifier. It amplify satellite navigation signals: GPS L1,L2, L4,L5; BDS; GALILEO L1 L5; GLONASS L1,L5.It is LDMOS design ensure high efficiency and ultra broadband.

Continuous wave output suitable for CW ,FM or AM modulation
ALC control function of output power or working current
Over-high VSWR to avoid or reduce the damage from any mismatch
Protection over short or open of output port
Pout and Gain of Temperature compensation
Over-high temperature protection, Shutdown over than 75℃, auto-restart less than 55℃
Fully equipped with monitoring functions, providing output power, reflected power, temperature detection analog interface (0-5V), standing wave alarm and temperature alarm indication interface (TTL level, high, low level can be customized), RF switch control interface (TTL level, suspended, high, low level status can be customized)
It is also equipped with an RS485 data communication interface that can read the working status of the module, such as output power, reflected power, temperature, standing wave alarm, temperature alarm, etc. It can also control the RF on.
